Our fee is based on recovery.
Polk-Neal & Associates is compensated from successful recoveries. If we don’t recover anything, you don’t pay a professional fee.
When additional reimbursement is recovered, the recovered amount is divided equally between the medical practice and Polk-Neal & Associates.
There may also be modest administrative expenses, such as postage, associated with pursuing claims.
A Simple Example
How the arrangement works in practice.
Suppose a practice has $740,000 in claims and Polk-Neal & Associates successfully recovers an additional 20%, or $148,000.
The recovered amount would be divided equally.
